History
Founded in 2018, built on real project experience, and driven by a commitment to lasting client outcomes.
MSA Group Limited was founded in 2018 by Sabir Ahmed, driven by a conviction that smaller organisations deserve access to the same calibre of strategic advice that larger corporations take for granted. Starting with real estate consulting, MSA Group quickly expanded its expertise into government procurement, business strategy and digital growth.
MSA Group managed the complete lifecycle of a residential development project — from identifying and acquiring a suitable land parcel, through the planning permission process, to coordinating delivery of 16 new homes. This remains one of the firm's most significant engagements, with a GDV of £6.5M.
MSA Group introduced marketing funnels, conversion optimisation and operational efficiencies across Freedom Preference Group — growing their revenue by 300% from £750,000 to £6.5M. This engagement demonstrated the breadth of value MSA Group can deliver beyond real estate.
Today, MSA Group operates across four specialist areas with seven completed projects and over £13M in combined client value delivered.
