How MSA Group Is Organised

A UK holding company with three independently incorporated subsidiaries. Each separately registered. Each independently governed. All held to the same standard.

Internal Partnership: MSA Consulting acts as an internal partner to MSA Capital — providing investment due diligence, research, and analysis to support the investment committee before any capital is deployed.

How We Got Here

2018

MSA Consulting Founded

Established in London to deliver business strategy and government contract consulting. First client engagements in public sector procurement and advisory.

2020

Property Activity Begins

Expanded into property — acquiring and managing residential and commercial assets across London. The foundation of what would become MSA Realty.

2022

Technology & AI Practice

Added a dedicated technology and AI consulting capability alongside existing strategy and government advisory work.

2024

Group Holding Structure Formalised

Incorporated MSA Group Ltd as the holding company with MSA Realty, MSA Consulting, and MSA Capital as distinct, independently operated subsidiaries. All four entities registered at Companies House.

2026

MSA Capital — Active & Seeking Partners

MSA Capital is now actively managing its investment portfolio and is open to co-investment partnerships from like-minded investors and partners.

Sabir founded MSA Group with a clear purpose: to build a group of companies that operate with both the rigour of a well-governed institution and the patience of a long-term investor. What began as a consulting practice in 2018 has grown into three independently operated and incorporated companies — in property, consulting, and investment — each held to the same standard of governance, integrity, and long-term thinking. MSA Group is privately held, founder-led, and structured to create enduring value for its partners.
